Great unit, works well. Only flaw it can not be used with a quick connect.

Purchased a WCPH6 hydraulic feed wood chipper. First unit arrived as promised, went together quickly and easily. Slight struggle getting the hydraulics bled, but that was overcome without issue. However, it broke a weld within 1-2hours of use. I had to work to get ahold of someone in spite of the "no robots" promise on the website. To their credit, they sent out a new unit without much fuss. But I had to spend time re-crate the original unit to be sent back. New unit arrived and the assembly process was not nearly as positive. Needed to push and pry a number of parts to line up. And the deflector at the top of the chute wasn't even close to fitting properly. I was able to modify things to make it work. I have sent them pictures but have yet to get a response about it. Overall the unit operates fairly well. The first seemed to operate a feed more consistently but overall appears to be a good unit for the cost. But the fit, finish, and build consistency need work.

Good customer service. Good price. Good delivery. Product works great. Probably shaft cover rubbed when fully extended and scuffed up right away.

Price and quality of equipment is exceptional. However, when my equipment was delivered it was left at the road side because the driver county get the truck into my driveway. I think that’s a shipper issue though
