I had purchased a discounted trial subscription a year ago and although the service worked very well, the features I was using (Stem splitting) got added to Logic Pro so I no longer needed Fadr. I got a nasty shock when my full price subscription was debited this week but one polite email to them and the debit was refunded - no questions asked! Great Customer service.

It is a great product and for those wanting inspiration from other tracks (via midi output or stem) it’s a must have. Tempo finder very useful to. Great support team if you get lost along the way but the UI is very well developed so crack it open and start playing

It’s been a really good tool for me. Unfortunately I don’t use it as much anymore. I had an issue with my payment where it renewed without prior notice but the team were lovely and cancelled it and refunded it within 24 hours.

The stems wouldn't separate the way I expected so I wasn't satisfied enough. I only asked Gemini if there is a way to refund and it linked me direktly to Fadr support. I've explaned I couldn't saparsate stems and asked for refund and tommorow without any further explanation the payment was refund to me. I was so happy for they fast reaction, and hope some other time will be back again.

Fadr performed excellently on a master tape and cassette stem separation project we had last year. We no longer needed the service this year, but I didn't remember to cancel before the next annual billing. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I contacted Fadr to let them know the same day I saw the charge come through, and they quickly replied and issued a refund. I'd subscribe again if we have a similar project in the future.

I forgot to cancel my auto renual of my account. Sent a support request right after I got renual receipt and asked for refund. They approved the refund on the next day. Very pleased 😀

I had been charged for a yearly subscription fee, despite not having renewed my subscription, and having an earlier correspondence where my account was deleted. I was understandably annoyed at the charge – I reached out, and within 12 hours, I was emailing with a human. They perfectly understood my situation, identified my account and the confusion with my previous emails, and immediately processed a refund. Nice to know that some firms still value good customer service! On a side note, their product is phenomenal - I attrited because I don't use it anymore (:
