My experience was awesome and the Fade tools were also awesome. I only cancelled due to my production partner also has a account so we both didn't need to pay. I had forgot I had this account due to I had not used it on months. When I got billed I explained my situation and request a refund and it was done immediately. Customer service was first class!

I've been on Fader for more than a week. Previously I had a marginal review. After more than a week familiarizing myself with the nuances of Fader, I finally figured it out. Thus, I zapped the old review. Some glitches still occur, which can be attributed to a shared wifi connection. I upload long mixed tapes. Apparently if wifi is busy too many concurrent uploads from a laptop on shared wifi stymies the process. My android phones do not work with Fader at all, meaning it won't upload a track. On a good day using the Chrome browser on a laptop and mp3 files, the process is almost seamless. Because I bought the annual plan, there should be more seamless stemming, but I shall not expect this liberty every time I use Fader.

I had an issue with auto-renew and support was VERY responsive and got it taken care of with no hassle. Given how some subscription-based companies operate, I was pleasantly surprised with how willing Fadr was to work with me. Excellent customer service!
