Hello Arthur, Thank you for your feedback. The VisionCheck does require a minimum of 3 consistent tests before it will generate an EyeGlass Number (EGN). A single test is not reliable. If there is inconsistency in your tests, it will require additional rounds of testing. As for reading vision, the app does provide an NVADD value for reading distance, based on your age. This is based on a chart that many Optometrists use when gauging correction for reading distance. Progressive glasses can be ordered using your distance vision correction, NVADD, and your pupillary distance. The eyeglass manufacturer can make the adjustment for the intermediate distance based on the type of progressive glasses you are ordering. I understand that if the device were able to physically measure these 2 distances (intermediate and near), it would be ideal vs an estimate - I am happy to forward this suggestion to our dev team. The VisionCheck is not recommended for those under 18 years of age due to accommodation, a normal reflex of the eye. It is difficult to have young children use our refractive products, let alone obtain reliable measurements. We hope to have a future product that will be more user friendly for children.

Hello MD Karim, Thank you for your feedback. However, after taking a look at your results, your tests are quite consistent. Your right eye tested well, while the left eye could benefit from additional tests. When you say it is "far from vision", are referring to the try-on glasses? Were you looking for reading or distance glasses? Please contact our support team and they can provide additional assistance/insight.
