I have not received my glasses yet as I'm having trouble sending in tests that they can use. They have been very good about communicating with me. I think I'll eventually be able to get the glasses. I appreciate so much the concept of checking my own vision as I have had years of bad experiences with Optometrists.

This is preliminary since the Eyeque unit is not functioning but we are working with customer support. The three switches are unresponsive.

Hello Jim, Thank you for your feedback. I found a previous conversation you had with another support rep, and you had mentioned the buttons were not working. Please note, these buttons are actually touch sensors, so no pressure is needed to activate the movement. All that is required is a light tap from the pad of your finger, similar to when you are texting or navigating on your phone. The 3rd sensor requires you to keep your finger on it for 2-3 seconds (do not push down) before it will rotate the slits within the eyepiece. When the touch/tap is recognized, the device will also vibrate as the lines are moved. Also, please be sure your device is fully charged - if the power is too low, there may be a delay in movement. I saw that you were able to complete 1 test since your contact with the other support rep. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact our support team for further assistance.

Good experience , eye numbers were close to original ones from doctor, Fine tuned my eyesight with new glasses ordered from zenni. Would recommend.

Fast and accurate results while at home and getting your eyes tested followed up by inexpensive and quick temporary glasses to confirm your prescription. What more could you ask for? Now I can shop all the online frame stores with my prescription for what I want.

I'm very impressed with the ammount of attention and care each question i sent seemed to get. The information and help included with each response was so detailed. They looked at my results and helped me to address what the potential problems could be in my specific situation rather than send generic feed back that you might expect to get from most online retailers. There was even a follow up email to make sure that all of my questions were answered thoroughly because they did not receive a response from me after i read their answer. This company seems to genuinely care that each customer is successful in using their products. which is so rare anymore. I am very impressed with their customer service department. I Would highly reccomend that anyone who wears corrective lenses!
