I believe that this is the third year I’ve ordered glasses online from Eyemart. Most recently I got a new prescription, I uploaded it by taking a photo and then followed all the steps. The only thing I had a hiccup with was the measurement distance of my pupils. The instructions were very clear however I didn’t write down the number, so I repeated the steps. My error. My glasses were made the next day and delivered 5 days later! I will most definitely order a backup pair soon!

Terrible experience trying to go and get glasses for my son. The associate helped me try to do an online order after it processed for the second time, they couldn’t find order to get glasses made. So I placed 2 orders at store and walked out with nothing. Just to get an email 2 hours later saying order was ready for pick up. I asked manager to call and see if he could see where my order went and he told me to look up number and call myself. Very disappointed as I have used them in the past to replace glasses quickly when my son has lost or damaged glasses.
