Unbelievable CRAPPY customer service. We walk in, 2 customers with employee. Third employee on the phone. No greeting, just one of the employees comes to tell us where they want us to sit. Fifteen minutes pass and another customer walks in. She gets waited on and we are still sitting where we were told. My husband and I are both seniors and have never been so disrespected. We left and as we left we commented on the poor service. No responses

Glasses are way off on the prescription. I’ve had to have three other pair’s redone from Eyemart Express because they didn’t get the prescription right and the progressive lenses in the right place so this will be my last time buying from them. I gave two stars instead of one star because the frames were nice and they were shipped next day. I do not recommend Eyemart Express.

From order to receiving was 6 days only. The online ordering process was simple and easy to navigate. The quality of the frames and glass were great. Extremely satisfied.
