The customer service in store is always remarkable. I couldn't get what I wanted in store, so the lady helping me helped me order my glasses online and get a 50% discount. My online order shipped next day. My husband and I been buying our glasses from EyeMart for years and have never been disappointed. We will get our glasses there next time.

My wife had to drive 3 hours to pickup my glasses. We did a pick up order at the store we always pickup for but no one can explain how order went to a different store seeing that the store we choose is completely different. They offer to ship but 5/7 days was too long to be blind. As far as the store workers they was amazing and explain there’s a first time for all mistakes and mishaps.

Good price and quality. Could use more transparency on shipping. I would have paid more to get them sooner. Instead, they say waiting for a shipping pickup for 4-5 days, so that was frustrating.

Glasses were ordered on Friday and arrived on Monday.
