I put my prescription in whete asked doe then after got email for perception still haven't gotten glasses which am in Dyer need my pair got broken

Advertising is misleading on posters displaying sale purchasing saying "2 pair of progressive glasses". But no mention of not applicable if you han insurance. Even after saying why you were there and spending the time to pick out rims.

Customer service was excellent! Cameron A. was very attentive, courteous, effecient, and professional and expedient. He explained my insurance benefit, compared and contrasted viable offers. He described and physically showed me the different lens coatings. And saved me $196.98 to boot! What’s not to love about a business that hires such prolific employees? I have been a customer at Eyemart Express for seven years and my experience has always been great…. Cameron was top notch. Thank you Karen Platt
