I love the glasses. I love the quickness of the shipping. I love the easy process of ordering. The only problem is I don’t believe I ordered tint on my glasses. And if I did, it was an accident so I am in the process of sending an email to check on my order.

Contacted regarding eye glass prescription, told it was expired/old, where I had just ordered a prior pair of glasses one week before current order. Sent email, left voicemail questioning what had occurred- Never got a verbal reply, just email stating glasses being processed. I expected a verbal reply. I guess I set my expectations to high. ——- Addendum March 17, 2025 Received the email response after replying to trustpilot.com. Attempted to call customer service to discuss experience, and rolled over into voicemail, this is what happened previously. Frustrating.
