Website sucks
Website sucks. Errors uploading picture. Errors when trying to pay. Only feedback is to email IT support. Had to keep trying different things. Took over an hour until I could finally get the order to go through.

Horrible website / order system
Website would not let me order without a picture of myself. Uploaded my prescription and information, and did not use the "selfie" software to frame my glasses. Constant pop-up windows, instruction reminders, and errors made the website insanely frustrating to use. Could not open different frames in new tabs to compare styles side by side either.
