Worst customer service by unknowledgeable customer service representative
Before placing order online, I called customer service to find out whether I am eligible to order a pair of eye glass or not and I was told that I am not eligible and I will have to wait anther year to place order. she was clueless and was not able to walk me through or guide me to check my eligibility online. After ending phone with her I was able to place order on my own. As per her statement if I was not eligible to place order originally then my order should have been declined, but it did not.

The staff doing the program at my job…
The staff doing the program at my job were fast, friendly, and very personable. It was probably the easiest eyewear experience I have ever had.
