I’ve used Eyeglassdirect for many years and they’ve already delivered great service and product for a fraction of what my optometrist would charge.

I sent in previous glasses - 3 pair - that I had gotten from them and worn for years. I had new lenses put in. Everything went very smoothly. They look great and are like brand new. The representative who handled my order was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

I purchased Varilux lenses including blue light filter on 7/29/26. I received them three weeks later. It did not have blue light filter. I called and returned the lenses. They told me the lenses have defect; they have sent them back to the manufacturers and are waiting for new ones. Three weeks now since I returned them and every time I call, they can't tell me when I will have them back. Today they were NY rude.

Hi Serj, we’re sorry for the frustration and delay you experienced. After you brought the issue to our attention, we remade your lenses and have since shipped the updated pair back to you. We understand the inconvenience of being without your glasses during this process and appreciate your patience while we worked to correct the issue. We also apologize if any interaction with our team came across as rude, as that is not the level of service we strive to provide. We hope the updated lenses resolve the issue and that you’re satisfied with the final result. — EyeglassDirect Customer Care
