This walker is sturdy and it was delivered on time. I would recommend this walker for purchase. The price is reasonable and I feel that it is a good value.

After getting order confirmation email, 2 phone call of confirmation and confirmed they have shipped out the product already and they even gave me a non-valid tracking number! But after a week waiting, EXPRESSMED told me the order need to be cancel and they cannot fulfill the order. How can a business running like this?? Updated: this is not a justify reason. If you don't have enough stock and have not yet shipped out, just tell the truth, DON'T tell customer several times that you have checked with the warehouse, order confirmed, already shipped out, and make your customer to wait for nothing.
