Snails move faster It’s interstate that my account was escalated to a specialist to take care. However the specialist has been too busy to even respond after 3 weeks.

I am a Kraken customer and It is almost a month I applied to open an account and still not a response. I also open 2 tickets of complaint and the same no response.

I'm wondering if it's a joke... Waiting for account verification since march 13th (ticket 134712), as kraken force us to use this service. Knowing that we're talking about a company that will "care" about my money, i'm a little scared for the future...
