Sloooooow communication. Account got rejected for no reason. No option to resubmit any documents. All documents were 100% legit and accurate.

I've been trying to get my account verified for a month, and they still haven't, I'm starting to doubt the reliability of etana. I think Kraken is making a bad move, my case ticket is (198548).

I sent a support ticket to the Etana support team on 28th April, I have not had a response. It's IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of them. I cannot run a business where there is no support whatsoever to a query.

I think its great that in an age of paperless offices, i am asked to scan a document my bank does not send me - a paper statement. Feel free to contact me on my pager, or send either a telegram or Carrier Pidgeon with attached request if you need more information.

I had applied for an Etana account in March and till today my account has not been approved. A ticket (Ticket No: 152372) was raised for this and they have closed it without resolving my issue. I then opened another ticket (196295) and still no response. The customer service or support is very poor.
