If you say you have an item in stock it should SHIP that day or the following day. It has been 7 days and order still has not shipped. Order has not moved! I have also Opened a support case on the 09.14 I just checked it and it has not even been started. POOR lack of communication. If you do not have the item let me know and I will resource some where else. This is very bad business!

Our system generated an email alert on 4/4/2025 to notify you that the product would not be available to ship until 4/21/2025, however, we truly apologize as this email may not have reached you. I have not received my product that i ordered, I never received the racking number for my material as well

I literally just want to buy a dam sensor and your making me sign up for some bull shet

If this is related to your purchase, very customer transaction requires a billing & shipping address to know where to ship your product and process payment. This doesn't require for you to sign up for anything, it's simply informaton that is needed to fulfill your order. I emailed, waited one day with no response. I called and was told my inquiry on a ship date and tracking would be followed up on and I would be sent an email. It has been another 24 hours and I have not heard anything. I guess I will place another call

Spent 415 dollars for a e switch and did not get the switch to hook it up. One would think for that cost it would have everything needed. Had to order the switch from you now spent another 45 bucks. very disappointing.

They take too many Days to ship !!!

I ordered a photocell based on the part number that I had, I found the excact item with a photo that I needed under the part number that I had. When it arrived, the circuit board shown in the picture was not included in the package. I called customer service and got a recording that said to leave a number and someone would contact me within the next 24 to 48 hours (maybe just 24 hours). In any case its been a week and I have not heard from anyone. I held off on my review pending what happened with that discussion, but no discussion therefore this review.
