It took right at two days to get the order out, if not longer, and it still has not been delivered. The delivery part is most likely not your fault, but it does affect the overall rating. When I get it I will let you know, if given the opportunity.

If I could have given 2 1/2 stars I would have. I placed an order, paid for it and a week later was told it was obsolete. And that it wouldn't ship until 9/30/2020. So, now how do I explain this to my customer who was informed by me I would have it within a week, which was told to me originally! Bait and switch is not a good way to treat your customers!! Very dissatisfied with this company!

Their website said it was in stock so I ordered the part. Got an email the next day saying it was backordered 5 weeks. Since I had selected next day air shipping I responded to their email stating I wanted the cheapest option possible to be charged instead. Haven't heard back yet or seen the bill.

Needs better back office support. Part ordering was easy, item shipped in a timely manner and I received the part on time. The one issue that I had was after payment of the part I was not given an invoice screen to print nor did I receive an invoice (receipt) via email. I did email and ask for an invoice (receipt), I received an email read notification, but never got a response. Better back office support is needed.

Website was easy to use but shipping costs are high. Don't try to return anything, it's not gonna happen. between poor communication from customer service and restocking fees, just write it off as a loss. Other than that, you order something, they send it....all good
