I also let you know that I searched all of our phone records and emails and that was the first communication from you that I could find. Your order shipped today, and our warehouse team sent you the tracking information at 4:40 today. So, to recap- you emailed us and 9 minutes later you received a response with a resolution, and your order shipped today. We thank you for your feedback.

You sent us an email on Monday, 6/27, at 8:19 A.M. asking when your order would be shipping, and we responded to you at 11 A.M. when we received your ship date from the manufacturer. Hello there, I searched through all of our emails and phone logs, and I can’t find any record of you trying to contact us before this review. I am looking at your order, which you placed online, and where you ordered four (4) of the Normally Opened (N.O.) contact blocks, and that is what you received. I am going to send over the email confirmation of your order which our system sent you at the time the order was placed, and I will include our customer service team. They will then begin the RMA process for you to return the mistakenly ordered contacts and we will send you 4 or the Normally Closed (N.C.) ones. Hi There, I see where you placed this order via our webstore on 4/18. Our customer service team sent this to the manufacturer, and we were advised of a 6- week backorder on 4/21. Our customer service team leader reached out to you to explain the situation within 5 minutes of receiving the news from the manufacturer. We do apologize for the inconvenience, and we have requested that they expedite this, but there is no guarantee of this. Our web team works hard to dynamically update lead times across roughly 100,000 products, and we rely on the latest information provided to us by the manufacturers. Unfortunately, sometimes we don’t always receive the information from the manufacturer until after we’ve placed the order. I’m sorry that you are experiencing this, and we want to make it right with you. Hello, I want to apologize for this- our website lead times are dynamically updated as we receive lead times from the manufacturers. Unfortunately, we don’t always get updates on changing lead times, and this does create a lag in information sharing with you. I’m sorry for this frustration and I’m sorry you had to cancel your order with us because of it.
