Not a good business to do business with full of excuses

We shipped customer order ontime, once carrier had the item, there were slight delays. USPS has had numerous delays due to COVID. We shipped 11/25 from California, customer received the item in Florida on December 3. No undue delays were associated with this item, all customer complaints were due to shipping delays. Once the carrier has the item, we have limited - if any - control of the package. Please see tracking history, this is not an egregious delay in shipping. Too long to get product/refund
Ordered masks back on February 27, 2020. Got charged but never got the masks. Contacted them two different times with no conclusion. Just emailed them again demanding my money back. No follow up from them. Their terms and conditions make no sense… They choose to make 10% off of you no matter what. I wouldn’t (obviously, I can’t) buy a thing from them if this is how they do business. UPDATE: after contacting them again they did refund my money.

I am very pleased with the lanterns.
I am very pleased with the lanterns I ordered. They do have an orange tinted light, however. I ordered them to put in 4 windows in my home for Christmas. I once burned a hole all the way through my carpet using electric plug- in decorative candles in these windows. I love that these LED lanterns look like antiques and are very decorative. I also can use these for light if the electricity goes out. They are not very bright, and would be hard to read by. The brightness is adjustable. The batteries are an added expense, as they take 2 size D batteries each. Overall, I am satisfied with the lamps. ( plus I am not as afraid my 2 cats would knock them over and start a fire.)
