Great selection of tools for a handyman like me

Once I got through to the company over the phone, things went well. Only had one of the items I put a multiple ordered in for. Dropped me an E-mail saying there was a problem with my order. I'm old school and not really with the digital age. So it took me a while to get back to them, hence the call. Not really their fault. So an associate by the name John was very helpful getting me a refund and my tool out for delivery.

I ordered heavy duty sponges, and you mail them to me. No problem easy!
