Responded very fast, then I expected.

Order not received after having to contact about it. Not received at Post Office. Impossible to contact company via phone as no one ever answers. Poor to non-existent customer service.

Stood behind their service! Even though the wrong product was shipped, they wanted to make it right. Since they couldn’t get what I wanted, they refunded me 100%. This is something that most companies does ever do. So this is appreciated & welcomed.

Delivery time was fine, no complaints. My problem was E-mail said the order was delivered, but it wasn't, so I thought it may have been left at the wrong address. Everything wound up fine.

Good prices if you don’t mind paying first and waiting. Found things here not available in Amazon but it was because you pre-pay while waiting for goods to arrive. The free USPS shipping is also little slow. When goods arrived, all in good condition and working as expected. Customer service response fine.
