Dopo aver aperto l'account e nell'impossibilità di ricevere aiuto via telefonica ho provveduto alla richiesta della chiusura dell'account via mail. Nessuna risposta. dopo 15 giorni mi viene addebitato il costo del servizio. Provo a contattare il servizio cliente telefonicamente, ma non c'è modo di parlare con nessuno, tutti occupati. Contatto via Chat il servizio cliente, in inglese. L'operatrice conferma che provvederà alla chiusura dell'account. Dopo qualche minuto mi arriva email di conferma chiusura account e rimborso dell'addebito. Ma se io non sapessi l'inglese? Come facevo?
