I want to thank 'Marie' from the customer service by phone to take care of my billing problem. She was kind and empatic of my situation because I speak french and have difficulty to understand people who speak fast in english. Marie take the time to explain slowly the problem with my cancellation online and offer me to do the cancellation and offered me a free fax service until the 25th of september. She mentionned to me that she have a french name 'Marie', but don't speak this language. Really personalise and sympatic service. Thank you again Marie!

This morning when I originally called in, I was greeted by a rude customer service representative. Then, when I called back, I spoke to Lais who was very helpful and walked me through the process of understanding my account and gathering the information I needed to straighten my billing account.
