The vet was excellent. Your system stinks, however, as we cannot login to get the medication prescribed. No help is available after hours.

The service itself is a great idea. Easy and fast to get appointments. I do feel like we are always rushed off the phone, but overall the process is simple. Medicines are pricey on this site and EVERY order they charge $7.00 pharmacy processing fee. I put an item for $15.00 in the cart, it said no shipping cost. I applied the $25 discount code sent to me and it took off the processing fee and item cost, but then charges me for shipping! Very shady!

A quick note on shipping: we offer free shipping that arrives in 4–7 days, and if you'd like it faster, Priority shipping (2–3 days) is $15 and Rush shipping (1–2 days) is $25 — these options are outlined when you select them at checkout. We also offer a price match on medications: just send us a screenshot of a lower price at a different US-based pharmacy and we'll be glad to assist.
