My father and I were sick with Covid, but we were still able to see the vet for my poor cat. It worked out perfectly for us. I highly recommend this to everyone. It gave us such peace of mind. Also, I was able to refill the prescription.

What good is veterinary care if the medications they prescribe never make it? Worthless. I signed up for Dutch at the beginning of the year with a yearly plan. The first sign of trouble was with my account. I was able to sign up and see a vet the same day, he was great. He tells me what he is going to call in and tells me I'll see the order shortly. Within 15 minutes I get an email saying it has processed and to confirm the order. I go back to the website and when I try to log in I get a screen asking me to sign up for an account. Frustrating but I understand technology isn't perfect. Contact "customer service" and they say they cannot find my email. I tell them that I have already been charged, had a visit and several emails. The workaround was to have the prescription called in to a local pharmacy. I authorize that and wait, I call the pharmacy and nothing is there. I reach back out to "customer service" and they then say "the pharmacy you chose cannot dispense what is ordered, do you have a Walmart or Costco nearby?" Unfortunately that email went to my spam folder (probably because of the huge influx of promotional emails they were sending after the account was fixed) finally found that email and let them know Costco would be fine, they say they'll let the pharmacy team order it and let me know when it's been called in, then I hear nothing. I asked multiple times to go ahead and cancel my account with no reply. At this point I figure I've already paid the money might as well use the service for the year. So my senior pet, bless his heart, started showing signs of a UTI. I can make a vet visit see a wonderful vet She recommends something for his UTI something for his dry skin. I go ahead and place the order with Dutch. They send me an email saying it's processing and that it'll be delivered by Friday. Jokes on me for trusting them again because it's Friday medication still hasn't even left the facility. I reach out to "customer service" who tells me, "Oh when we say we're shipping medications it can actually take 4 to 8 days," which is contrary to the email that I initially had saying that it had shipped and even provided a delivery date and another previous email that said that if you order during the weekday it's 1 to two business days. My appointment was Wednesday morning so Friday makes sense, if it had actually left their warehouse. Overall the vets are great but again how good is a vet if the medication they prescribe never makes it to the pet that you're ordering stuff for. Hopefully this medication arrives shortly because again, my dog has a UTI, and I'm just going to cut the rest as a loss this service is a waste of money. It is now Saturday night and the medication is somewhere but still awaiting pickup by USPS. Edited to add update: the medication finally arrived Tuesday, 6 days after it was ordered. Luckily I went to another vet and was able to get my buddy taken care of sooner. I'm not sure what mail service they have for their business but I'm the time it took to get the medication I was able to shop something to Oregon that was received before this medication was, and shipped a day later (USPS) additionally I ordered shampoo, that was shipped from Utah to Ohio, that arrived faster.

I recently spent $700 on two vet visits for this kitten I rescued. I have three cats and I’ve never spent that much. Long story short. My rescue kitten gave ringworm to my other cats even though I kept the kitten separated. I can’t tell you how great Dutch is. Saves me so much money and time! I can’t always be taking days off to take each of my cat to the vet! So thankful for Dutch, Dr Stewart and the care team. They all respond to you within a few hours on weekdays. I strongly recommend Dutch especially if you have multiple pets.

After a vet zoom call at 10am I was still chasing pain meds for my pet with another (unhelpful) vet and customer service at 8pm. Dog is still in pain. They don’t get the basics right.

I am in love with this service. We had two pet issues within 24 hours (dog in pain, vomiting cat) and needed immediate advice & prescriptions. Dutch got us set up with a superb veterinarian within a couple hours and had prescriptions on the way right after the visit. I think everyone with a pet knows the incredibly challenge of bringing a pet (especially dogs!!) in-person to the vet's office and this enabled us to get excellent treatment from home. Platform is super intuitive and easy to navigate, the cost is super affordable and worth every penny. I'm a customer for life! My pets and I are so happy 🥹

The vets are great! Both vets that my pets have seen have been very caring and thorough. They gave me peace of mind and a plan, including prescriptions and what to watch for indicating a need for an in person visit and/or emergency.
