Signing up was easy and so was making the appointment. While my local vets had appointments booked two weeks or more out Dutch was able to let me pick a same day appointment and the times offered were extremely wide and helpful! I spoke to a real Vet on zoom and had a care plan and meds ordered within 20 mins! When it came to getting the prescription medications it said it would take 5-7 days but I actually got them today four days earlier!

Not happy with both vets I saw today. First off 10 mins zoom sessions is BS! Not explaining medications and just writing a script and getting a msg is not good practice. The Dr talking the entire 10 mins is also not ok. Want a refund and will just go back to in person vet clinics. Also their pharmacy costs for meds are insane and they want to charge you to transfer to your own pharmacy. How is that helpful?

In a world of big Pet and astronomical in-person vet pricing, Dutch is definitely providing a solution for pet owners so we don't have to pick up a second job to afford healthcare for your pet. The service is incredible.

I’m In Virginia and signing up for this vet service was the best decision I’ve ever made. I have pure breads and had NO idea how finicky their ailments are. Constantly battling UTI’s, ear infections, allergies, sinus infections. Let’s be frank- WE know how to identify all these as the owner. It is no hassle at all- fairly user friendly interface and quick appointments. In Virginia they are allowed to prescribe based on tele visit also- check your own state, because I wouldn’t have signed up otherwise. I send pictures as proof and my pups have to be present but I’m out of this, paying $80 for the vet to even LOOK at them, AND get to keep them at home at the same time! Prior to signing up this was the case, in addition to having to schedule the appointment, then request off work usually. I have the regular vet still for annual exams but won’t be leaving anytime soon this service due to ease of access, $ savings, and time spent! HIGHLY recommend.
