Very convenient for those who have a busy schedule during the week
Very convenient for me because I work a lot during the week and can’t make it to the vet on short notices

everything was very quick
everything was very quick The veterinarian I had a video visit with was very, thorough, informative and loved animals. You could tell she wasn't in it just for the money. that means a lot. I'm very happy with Dutch and recommend to all of my friends with pets. THANX DUTCH🐕

Third time is a charm
The first couple of vets I saw were not my favorite and I felt like they were talking down to me during the call. However, on the third try, I got someone who was clearly knowledgeable and non-judgmental. I paid for the subscription for a year for up to 5 animals, giving me free exams for the entire year. This is incredibly valuable and also solves my issue of not having a vehicle at this time. Receiving an exam from my home is much less stressful on any of my animals, and I am very grateful to have that option, especially with my cat, who is scared of people. The treatments are moderately more expensive than other places you could purchase them, so I shop around before getting them directly from their pharmacy, which takes a few days to ship if you do not pay for the faster shipping, which is quite an expensive option.

It's wonderful to hear how much value the yearly plan brings, especially being able to care for your animals from home without a vehicle, and keeping your shy kitty comfortable and stress-free. We also hear you on medication pricing. One thing worth knowing: we offer a price match, so if you find a medication cheaper at another US-based pharmacy, just send us a screenshot and we'll match it, which may save you some of the shopping around.
