What a blessing to have this service! My Maltese does not like going to the vet, she gets a lot of anxiety, this was a very smooth process

The app had NO glitches. The links to the zoom call were frequent and easy to find. The doctor was great, and also responded to the messages very quickly afterwards. The links to the needed prescriptions were also very easily done and completed, at an affordable cost too!

"I had an excellent experience with my telehealth veterinary consultation! From the moment I scheduled the appointment, everything was easy and efficient. The vet was very thorough, taking the time to carefully listen to my concerns about my pet’s health. I loved that we didn’t have to leave the comfort of our home, which made my pet feel more relaxed and at ease during the consultation. The vet was able to visually assess my pet and provide clear, helpful advice on next steps for treatment, including any medications or home care tips. I really appreciated how well they explained everything and answered all my questions. Overall, it was a smooth, stress-free experience, and I felt confident that my pet received the care they needed!"

Charged for prescription refill on Feb. 14th. Meds not sent. Email - The response was "let us know if we can help with anything else" and stopped reponding. Phone call - no follow up. Now they're not answering their phones. Terrible custromer service. Find o=anotjher online vet.
