Dr. Goode answered our questions thoroughly and provided very helpful suggestions on how best to treat our pup's condition. Long story short, our pupper's been suffering from severe allergies for months but we haven't been able to refill his prescription due to an issue with his vet's office. What a relief to know after his virtual Dutch vet visit with Dr. Goode we can finally get him back on the path to good health. Wish we'd scheduled his visit much sooner.

The vet was nice, explained everything to me thoroughly, recommended products to help keep my dogs allergies in check, and even sent me helpful articles for me to better understand my doggy's issues.

This is a great website for pet owners that either can’t get to a vet because of distance or they have a pet that stresses out very easily when trying to get them either in a carrier or in the car. It’s a great option to make your life and your pets less stressful! Dr. Chestnut was able to diagnose my cat Buddha very quickly just by looking at him and the prescriptions will be at my door in a few days. I highly recommend using Dutch for any kind of non-emergency pet health issues!

Dr Shannon was so helpful! She was patient while I figured out my microphone issue too. She developed a treatment plan that would get medication sent quickly and links to other items to help Cali feel better. Thank you Dr. Shannon!

Yes in this day and age I’m very skeptical of anything being a scam. But this service is exactly what it claims to be. Obviously you use this if you already have an idea of what the issue is and it’s not a major life threatening issue. But being able to use this service to get my dog the UTI medication she needs with out being guilt tripped into a $700 visit with all these diagnostics was a godsend. Obviously your pet needs to be seen once or twice a year but being able to treat minor situations inbetween those times and avoiding the costly vet visits is something all of us pet parents need.the visit was quick, efficient and the Dr. truly seemed invested and like he cared.
