Dr. Val was super welcoming and made my first experience with Dutch super easy. She answered all questions I had and also gave extra feedback on items that can help control fleas around the household! Super happy I had Dr. Val as my dogs vet.

Dr. Cheatham was on time, very informative and detailed about the treatment plan and made herself available for any questions I had or future follow up to ensure my pet returns to good health.

So happy we found Dutch Vet care! We just moved to a new house, in a new town, that unfortunately turned out to be infested with ticks that seem to be really resistant to over the counter options. We were having such a hard time finding a vet in town that was accepting new clients to get prescription prevention, and that’s why we sought telehealth options and discovered Dutch! Dr. Grijalva and Dr. Gabriele are both very friendly, easy to talk to, and super helpful! Love how quickly we were able to get our fur babies the healthcare they needed.

I was very leery to do a service like this, especially with my dogs because they are my babies. But I am very impressed with everything about Dutch.. -from the medication’s to the zoom vet visit. Using The app has been very easy. Very thorough though. You really have a lot of questions to answer, but it’s well worth it. I’m very very glad I did this.

UPDATE: ALTHOUGH OUR VET WAS GREAT, DUTCH PROVIDED AN OPTION FOR DIFFERENT FLEA MEDS. I RESEARCHED AND DECIDEDBTHIS WAS THE HEALTHIER CHOOSE FOR MY GIRL. THEN WHEN I ORDERED AND PAID, THE PAYMENT WENT THROUGH, IT WAS NEVER SENT. I TRIED MESSAGING AND ALL I GOT WAS A FRUSTRATING AUTO BOT. THERE WAS NO PHONE NUMBER TO SHARE MY CONCERNS WITH A REAL PERSON. I WILL UPDATE AGAIN IF I EVER GET THIS STRAIGHT. THEY CANCELED AN ORDER THAT I NEEDED A WEEK AGO! 😠 Our zoom vet was professional, kind and caring. We were able to ask questions and decide what would work best. There was no obligation to purchase all suggested supplements or even the Rx. We did however purchased the Rx. We haven't began treatment yet, so we look forward to positive results for our girl hair loss and possible allergies.

Was easy and fast see a vet. My vet Dr. Kim Moore was wonderful and listened to my concerns and problems and offered me great advice and safe solutions for my pups. Would highly recommend her.
