Got a second opinion in 24hours. My cat is on a 30 day waitlist for a vet visit but I used Dutch to get a 2nd opinion in the meantime with some additional treatment options

The vet was great. But there seems to be a lot of trouble with getting the price matched. Their medications are way overpriced. And my checkout amount in the basket greatly exceeded the items. I tried their chat, their email, MANY times. No one replies. I've been working on this for hours. To their credit, they eventually responded to my requests for help. There were glitches in their checkout. Eventually they straightened everything out, and I'm supposed to be getting the medication tomorrow. All of this caused a unnecessary delay in getting the medication which was needed almost immediately. I'll try to work with them again, and hope that things go more smoothly next time.

So happy to find this site. My doctor was caring and very knowledgeable. My cat will be able to get her meds now. Doctor also made a few suggestions that I will be following

This process was great for my 15yr old cat with feral tendencies. It’s very difficult to get her to the vet and she had symptoms of a UTI. The video call was easy to set up and begin. Dr Gonzalez understood my concerns about my pet and prescribed a treatment plan and medications. I chose expedited shipping to get my meds faster and made a follow up visit. This was a great experience.
