The vet was very informative and made suggestions to help spot other issues that may come up. Was very patient to help with someone not accustomed to using their phone for a video.

The vet was right on time very professional and I felt very comfortable explaining my dogs situation. His diagnosis was quick and to the point. Prescribed medication and it’s being sent to me. Great first time experience so far Hopefully the meds get here quick.

I knew what was wrong with my dog, but the local vet wanted almost a hundred dollars for the visit, 150 in lab tests and almost 150 for medications that were recommended. I cannot afford that, and I'm not sure who can. I was so upset, that I came online and out of sheer desperation signed up for the month to month service. (wish I had bought the whole year honestly) I got an appt for literally that night at 8PM out of my LIVING ROOM, and the doctor was 2 minutes early. Got through our questions and had the meds on the way to my dog in 15 minutes. I'm dumbfounded. No rude staff making you feel guilty that you aren't a good pet owner. No one telling you and upselling you a million things you can't afford. I cannot tell you how much this meant to me and my family to get care quickly, safely and a prescription on the way for my dog in minutes. Even with the sign up, the meds and RUSH shipping I was out the door for less than 100.00 Thank you so so much. You have a forever client here.

Dr. Eric Gilmore was excellent in seeing us. We had scheduled an appointment for late night, because all of our veterinary clinics & ER services were closed over the weekend and at our wits end, I had found dutch pet among some search results. I looked it over, sent a few questions to the customer support service, and then subscribed and the meeting I had was wonderful. He was able to tell us more about his condition, he answered all of our questions regarding what we should be doing and confirmed that some steroids would be beneficial for our cat to receive, and then he gave us some more information on how to expedite the shipping to get the steroids more immediately. He was so helpful and I appreciated his time greatly.

So far we have had a welcomed and successful experience with Dutch. We’ve been able to treat our beloved dog at home with the help of a virtual vet who was passionate, kind, professional, and extremely competent. Could not recommend Dutch enough to future users

It was amazing. My kitty really needed a vet visit for an illness, and thru Dutch we got an awesome veterinarian to see her. It is a wonderful service and very cost effective.

I needed a vet to look at a rash on my dog's tummy on a Sunday. It wasn't enough to take her to an emergency vet - vitals completely fine. In minutes, I signed up for the annual plan as they had a promotion and the Pets Best Accidental insurance for $9 a month. Which is way less than what I am paying now. I scheduled my appointment and we virtually met with Dr. Blake Murphy. The advisement was exactly what I needed to make sure my dog was taken care of today.

What a great idea for pet owners. Signing up was easy, scheduling a visit was easy, talking to a vet via zoom and having her visually exam my dog was simple. It took the stress out of calling the local vet and not being able to get in promptly and taking time off work and the commute to get there can be stressful for a single paw parent. My dog had something minor that needed to be looked at it that I know could be managed easily via a call. Meds were ordered and will arrive in 2 days. Perfect! Recommend 100%
