We all have busy lives and being able to schedule a video chat with a vet to get the flea meds our pets need is great. They have been easy to speak with and great customer service.

I am having the worst experience with this company and no one seems able to help me. I received a prescription for medication that my dog needs monthly and I set up autopay / autoship for it. I have been charged but have not received the medication this month and no one can help me. They have a phone number that no one answers, and they had me schedule several call backs, but they never call back on time. The few people that have gotten back to me on text or call have no knowledge - they continue telling me to approve the prescription that is already approved in the account, that I have already received once. It does not give the option to approve it again. One of the customer service reps noted 'I did not leave a voicemail' - that's because there is no option to leave a voicemail when you call? The people working on this customer service team have no idea what is going on with their company. Extremely frustrated that this company that is supposed to provide health service for pets seems incapable or unwilling to actually help their customers and now I do not have my dog's medication on time.

Once you reached out to customer service, our team worked with you within minutes to help get the correct order placed on June 6th with free rush shipping. That order was successfully delivered on June 9th. We know delays like this are incredibly stressful and not the experience we aim to provide. I spoke with Dr. Jovanna Radillo about my pet's needs and I would highly recommend her as a trusted Veterinarian. I have found serious issues with Veterinarians recently, but Dr. Radillo gave me the assurance I needed (through professionalism, demonstrated care and concern towards my pet and others') that the Veterinarian advice given was both expert and sound in nature. I highly recommend speaking with her about pet needs and would immediately do so again. Thank you Dr. Radillo!!!

I've been with Dutch.com for over 6 months now. I have 4 pets covered under their plan. For less than $200 a year, I've been able to have all 4 pets seen and prescribed medication for their grass allergies. I'm currently in the process of getting heartworm, flea and tick meds. Dr. Hall and Dr. Adams have both assisted in the healthcare of my pets. You can ask for a specific veterinarian if you want... and you won't go wrong with either of them. For any pet owner, especially those that have multiple pets, this is a great way to get your pets what they need without breaking the bank!
