This website isn’t an emergency place, if you need to get your pets treated right away then do not use their services, I had a German shepherd and he got an ear infection and they sent his medicine in a week and if you want the medicine right away then you have to pay extra money for that. It’s not worth it just go to your regular vet and pay reasonable fee and pick up the medication right away instead of waiting 2 weeks….This website is a rip off and they will see you for 3 minutes and make you wait for the medication like a couple of weeks.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Dutch is designed to provide accessible, non-emergency care for pets, similar to how telemedicine works for humans. While we aim to make treatment as convenient as possible, we completely understand that urgent issues are best handled in person with a local veterinarian. We do offer standard ground shipping, and for faster delivery, rush shipping options are available at checkout. We also give the option to transfer prescriptions to a local pharmacy if timing is critical, and our team is always happy to help facilitate that. We know how important your pet’s health is, and we’re committed to making continuous improvements to ensure the best care and experience for all pet parents. If there’s anything more we can do to help, please feel free to reach out to our team directly.

Dr. Greener was absolutely wonderful. She was such a great listener and truly empathetic when it came to Piper’s situation. I felt heard and supported the entire time. She was incredibly thorough and took the time to clearly explain the treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand. It made a difficult situation feel a little less overwhelming. So grateful for her care and expertise!

Dr. Goode spent our appointment talking to me about our 16 year old CeCe's condition and commented kindly on what she could see through the zoom call. She had good ideas for improving/maintaining a nice quality of life for CeCe as she ages. I couldn't be happier with my first experience with Dutch.

We're happy to hear that you and CeCe had a positive experience. We appreciate you sharing your kind words about the consultation and the suggestions for CeCe's care as she ages. Thank you for your feedback!

My wife signed up because there was a screen that said they could help us with our dog ellie. Then once she signed up for one month, it said there are no vets available. We tried to cancel and it wouldn't let us. It says we made a 3 month commitment which we DID NOT see. None of the support was available today according to their website. We sent messages and called. We were going to disputing the charge with our bank. Luckily their team did reach out and offer a refund. That being said. It was very difficult to work through this and it felt like a bait and switch. Also they insist that it was clear we were signing up for a 3 month commitment, but this is definitely not the case. My wife showed me screenshots of her receipts and such and this was not communicated at all in those screens. She definitely would not have done a three month commitment if was made clear.

We're really sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand how frustrating this must have felt, especially when you were hoping to get care for Ellie right away. We want to clarify that our support team did assist in canceling your account as soon as you reached out, even though your plan included a 3-month commitment, which is clearly stated during signup. That said, we never want anyone to feel stuck in a service that isn't meeting their needs, and we did our best to resolve this quickly once we heard from you. We also understand your concern about vet availability. While availability can fluctuate based on state and time of day, it’s something we're actively working on improving. If there's anything more we can do or if you still have unresolved concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach back out. We’re here to help.

I have not received the Rx. It has been 10 hours and when I tried to message the doctor. Dutch AI tells me expect a response in 2 days. I'm very disappointed 😞
Response from Dutch Vet· Jun 16, 2025
We're so sorry for the delay and truly understand how important timely care is when you're worried about your pet. While we always aim to get treatment plans and prescriptions out as quickly as possible, there are times when it may take a bit longer, especially during high-volume periods. That said, our customer experience team did assist in getting your treatment plan finalized, and we appreciate your patience while we worked through it. We’re actively working to improve response times across the board, and we’d love the chance to turn this experience around. If there's anything else you need, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re here to help.
