Most of the time, the vets are wonderful and attentive. Unfortunately not always. For example, Bishop needed omega 3. The vet put a liquid form in my cart. I said I needed capsules or pills. The only response was basically an ok. No pills/capsules were put in my cart so I got them from Chewy. Hoping they are the correct ones

We appreciate your feedback. We're happy to hear that you've generally had wonderful experiences with our vets. We regret that we didn't provide the omega-3 capsules/pills you needed for Bishop and that you had to get them elsewhere. We'll address this internally to ensure better service in the future.
