They were nice and efficient. First time visit was cut way to short.

The app was very easy to use I had an appointment within an hour spoke with a vet and was able to get my flea and chick medications very quickly

I have had two visits with two different Dutch vets. I would recommend both of these doctors. It’s a great value, it saves me taking time off work, but most importantly it relieves a lot of anxiety for my dog. I don’t recommend not seeing a local vet, but Dutch has been an excellent option for a couple of minor issues.

Dutch has been a great service for my cat, Bruno! Auto shipped flea products, we can see a vet anytime we need to, usually very quickly, and excellent customer service. Thank you Dutch!

DUTCH had been a walk in the park... the BEST Video Vet experience ever. Recommended for difficult dogs, such as mine, who need to be sedated to go into an actual Vet office -- Dutch remedies this in every way. I would give 10 million stars. But then I was unable to update my address. I contacted customer support -- because you can't update your own account address, you have to go thru support -- and I called, and I emailed and I chatted. What a horrible experience their customer support is!! If they can completely repair that side of Dutch, I would recommend. Otherwise, it is a janky experience and in a world where you have to fight tech, why would you want to fight tech and fight customer service idiocy and not get anywhere? Until they repair the customer side of Dutch, I do not recommend.
