Rude and Dismissive Vet
We decided to try an online vet service since our current local vet has just become so unaffordable. After lots of research we decided to try Dutch. The appointment was easy to make. But the actual appointment was an awful experience. It was our first appointment and the vet was extremely rude and dismissive. The call was around 5 minutes because it seems like he just wanted to not be taking appointments. My teenage son was also on the call because he wants to be a vet, and he couldn’t believe someone that loves animals was so mean and didn’t care about his dog. Really regretting this decision. All we’re trying to do is help our sweet pug, and now I never want to use this service again. Such a waste of money.

Thank you for taking the time to share this. We understand that pets are family. Our goal is to make sure every member ends their consult feeling heard and confident in their next steps, and we’re so sorry that wasn’t the case for you and your son. We sent you a request for more information so we can look into what happened, and would love the opportunity to turn your experience around.

very tech savy but easy to navigate. Took my dog to abrick and mortar vet for an ear infection... $400 took the cat to Dutch for an infected paw...80% less. Cat is fine. Dog still having issues. Dutch is the future
