New customer and loved it
First time every using an online service like this. I love how I could fit my appointment easily into my schedule. My vet was extremely knowledgeable and created a solid plan for my cat's health. I am looking forward to using this service again.

I needed Itranfungol for three cats
I needed Itranfungol for three cats. Only one bottle was sent, I needed two, to complete one week. I called and was told the bottle would be sent out on a Friday-and arrive on Monday- and interrupting my first week already by a day. But instead, it was sent out on Monday, arriving on Wednesday. Instead of 2 bottles, again, I received 1 bottle. Absolutely useless! Doesn't matter how often I call and email. No repone to emails

Your first order for one bottle was placed on June 11th with priority shipping, which covers delivery in 2 to 3 business days excluding Sundays, and it arrived on June 15th within the timeframe quoted at checkout. Your second order was placed on June 19th with standard free shipping and arrived on June 24th, and your additional order placed that same day arrived on June 25th, both within the quoted 4 to 7 day window. We understand how important it is to have the correct quantity of medication on hand to ensure your pets are covered, and we want to make sure your orders reflect that going forward. Didn’t know much about online…
Didn’t know much about online veterinary services, but he’s going to try it. And I am so grateful. I did the best veterinarians for all of my three dogs, veterinarians that keep checking up, after the consultation

The vet was amazing!
The vet was amazing! My only complaint is, I expected a quicker appt and realized only after I signed up that it was going to take about 5 days to see the vet. There was a weekend involved but I expected to get an appt bedore the weekend as they advertise quick appts. I hope that gets better in the future.

I have used Dutch many times
I have used Dutch many times. I have 6 dogs, and getting a Dutch membership was the best thing I’ve done. I go to our local vet for vaccinations and anything lab work related. But for everything else, I use Dutch. It is so much easier for my dogs, and myself included. Every Vet I’ve had a call with has been wonderful, and extremely knowledgeable. All of my dogs have had top notch care with Dutch. I will always have a Dutch membership. It is well worth it!
