Horrible experience! I don’t know if it was just holidays and shipping company but never received package! Its been almost 2 months!! When i reached out to customer service all they did was resend tracking number and said wait!! Wont issue refund or reship… as of now just money lost and little girl disapointed about present she REALLY WANTED!

Smooth and easy interface. No gimmicks and no signs of an untrustworthy business. I look forward to receiving the finished products! I do wish that customers had the option to see a mock-up of what the customized product will/may look like before purchase. You know, just to give the customer an idea of what to realistically expect. I was a little bit surprised that there wasn’t an option to preview custom products but after some thought I understand how that could be a challenge for DM in a several ways. Overall, great experience.

So I just made my order but going through and seeing what you all have was awesome! It was easy and got a huge discount with it being my first time buying! Hopefully my stuff comes in fast, I'm excited!

Super cute items that are unique and customizable.

DO NOT ORDER. I ordered a cup with my inlaws picture on it. After 3 weeks, I finally received it. (Says 5-9 business days) They took just their heads and put them on the cup and it is so distorted and ugly I cannot do anything but laugh. I asked for a refund and they told me this; "Sorry for the inconvenience. We need to explain that the item does not make the background of the photo; it only catches the head of the people and only make the head on the item, please note it. We understand your request, but please be aware that due to the personalized nature of the item, we do apply a 50% restocking fee for all returns. Additionally, there will be shipping fees incurred for the return you need to pay, and the shipping fee for the original order will also be deducted from your refund amount." They did offer me $5 for any future shopping. I wish I could put pictures in here. It will now become a white elephant gift and a joke. I will find some place else to get my Mother in law a nice gift. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
