Great product and fast shipping

Ordered a cushion cover but was returned to sender because UPS store didn't accept USPS packages. They were nice enough to resend it back to my local post office for me to pick up. Thank you so much for your help. That's why I always order what I need from them.

Dave was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable. After constantly struggling and experiencing repeated delays from my 'preferred provider' DME bureaucracy, Dave went the EXTRA mile, sent me schematics and videos on how to install the parts I needed and was even willing to talk my husband through the installation. While chatting with Dave, I learned he has been in the business for awhile and that history and expertise is hard to come by. He's got a customer for life!
