I placed an order in june and still haven't received it. Takes a long time to get some parts otherwise I would give a better review... Update ok finally received some of the order so ill up the review a bit. Shipping is slow but might not be their fault

Extremely helpful in the process of ordering…however, in the area of information relating to when order was coming, the ball got dropped. If an order is to be delayed, the client should be told BEFORE the payment is made AND given the option to wait for entire order to arrive all at one time or in split shipments. Leaving a client waiting with no impending arrival information is unworthy of your company and simply poor customer service.

The folks at DME Hub were very helpful in getting some wheelchair components rushed to our destination for a last-minute vacation that made urgent the replacement of a few chair parts.
