Sorry about that. That definitely isn't the experience we want you to have. We did send TrustPilot a message asking for your full name, email address, phone number, and order details and have not received a response. Can you send us the order number, email address (or mailing address) you used for your subscription-order so we can assist?

Dear Kenneth, we're sorry you haven't received your first issue yet. We checked your order, and your subscription is still within the expected delivery window: your order confirmation shows the estimated delivery between 06/02/2026 and 07/21/2026, so it just needs a little more time. This title prints every other month, 6 issues a year, rather than monthly. We checked the publisher's printing schedule for you, and the last issue to print was the Spring 2026 issue.

We're sorry to hear you had difficulty cancelling your recent renewal. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to help improve the process. As a small family-owned business, we provide many self-service options through your online account. Based on our records, it appears the login attempts were made using a different email address than the one associated with your account, which may have prevented you from accessing your account/orders. Our records also show that reminder emails were sent on May 24, 2026, June 16, 2026, and June 23, 2026. Each of these emails included the option to cancel your renewal order. Hello Monica, we're sorry to hear you had problems with your recent purchase. We show you placed an order for a single digital issue, and an activation email was sent to the email address on file. Our agents spoke with you and tried to provide instructions to help. Single digital issues are non-refundable because they start instantly, but we made an exception, cancelled the order and issued a full refund. We genuinely value your business and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
