I received my hearing aids rather quickly and Geza helped me to ensure they were fitted and the app was set to go. Remarkable experience -- smoother than a local, in-person experience, which I have had many times throughout the past years. I have never liked my hearing aids, and this is the first time I actually am happy to put them on even if my hearing still isn't the greatest (due mostly because of my type of hearing loss). Five stars in every aspect, truly grateful.

I was shocked when I got the news from my audiologist at my ENT that hearing aids were going to be $5-6K and not be top of the line. In addition, they didn’t answer my questions very well. This is my first time ever writing a review on line, so that should tell you something about how happy I am with Discount Daily Hearing. I'm writing this review because this is a costly, life changing medical device, that isn't covered by most insurances. Hearing aids are life changing, and the cost can be intimidating. I literally saved over $2,900. by purchasing them from Discount Daily Hearing instead of buying hearing aids directly through my audiologist, like I did with my first pair. This is the exact brand and model that my audiologist recommended and wanted to sell to me. I am a skeptical person, and was worried about the process and purchasing hearing aids online. I read all of the reviews and decided that it was just too much of a savings to not give it a try. They have a generous return policy, which I won't be using! My experience has been fantastic and I'm really happy with my decision. Trey was incredibly patient with answering my questions in multiple phone calls, and I received my brand new hearing aids within a week. There are clear instructions about how to follow up to set up your first appointment. And if you need assistance, all you have to do is call them. Everyone has been very friendly and easy to work with. I had my first appointment with Will yesterday to fine tune them to my hearing loss. I didn't know what to expect and he was absolutely amazing. Will was kind, patient, and I'm confident with the results. I'm hearing a lot more clearly than with my old pair. I've worn hearing aids for 8 years. I can't believe I waited this long to get another pair. These are so much better than the other clunkers I was using. I've already sent the information about Discount Daily Hearing to two different friends who wear hearing aids and are in the market for a new pair.

My experience with this company was spectacular, in every way. The sales person, Trey, was patient, efficient, and very helpful. Will was also incredible. He walked me through every step from unboxing the device to making every adjustment necessary to make my hearing aid an incredible, life changing gift. The quality of service I received from this company FAR surpassed anything I ever experienced from in person audiologists. Any worry I had about using "the internet" to buy my hearing aid evaporated. And getting a hearing aid identical to one I lost, for less than half of what I originally paid, was just icing on the cake. The audiologist I went to gave me a price of almost $5,000. for a pair of Phonak hearing aids. There was no way I could afford that, so she gave me a lower priced basic loaner pair to try out. The basic level didn't help as much as I wanted so I searched the internet to see what was there. I found Discount Daily Hearing and they had a price that I could afford for the premium level Phonak. The cost was below what my audiologist said she paid. I was very skeptical of spending that much money with a company I didn't know anything about... the price seemed too good to be true. Discount Daily Hearing is a US company and they answered the phone... I never had to leave a message. I spoke with Ryan several times and finally placed my order. Discount Daily Hearing did everything Ryan promised. I have recommended Discount Daily Hearing to friends and family who have hearing aids because they have a great price and have been honest and dependable everything I needed. I can only say good things about them.
