Excellent except for the return shipment which used UPS surface and took over a week when air mail would have reached me in two days and only cost #12.40

Repair under warranty was good. Only reason for 4 stars, not 5, is because it seems like I’ll need to do an online adjustment….looks like programming was erased. Of course, that’s a Phonak repair site issue.

Discount Daily Hearing gets a 5 and Phonak gets a 4. I was very pleased with the service and upgrades to my hearing aides. What gave this rating 4 stars was no communication from Phonak as to what exactly was done and no information on the fact they changed the filter system and the ones I've been using will no longer work. The service guy at Discount Daily Hearing did the best he could explaining what he could without a transcript to go by and sent me some filters which I really appreciated!

Will is great with customer service, and has always been very supportive and helpful with all my questions and needs post-purchase of my hearing aids. Highly recommend his company.

I’m a little disappointed that there is no lifetime warranty on the charger. Response on the receiver was very good.
