I purchased an office program for $139. It was never delived nor a note explained why it wasn't. I called and talked to a person that could not understand simple English or wanted me to think he wasn't able to understand. I am completely dissatisfied with your service and would prefer to have my payment returned or have the program delivered post haste. There is no way I would trust these thieves again.

Mr. Atnip. I have looked into your delivery issue and found that your product was delivered immediately upon processing your order. The product was delivered to the email address on file on 10/27/2021 at 12:36:18 PM. I have resent the email again for your convenience. Slanderous and defamatory are unnecessary. You can open a support ticket by sending an email to support at DirectDeals dot com to get assistance in written form so you will not have issues with a language barrier.
