Started a support ticket about my purchase, didn't get an answer. They replied to my review though, unclear why it's easier to communicate via review than via their support email.

Had to send photos of credit card which was unusual and time consuming. Rest of shopping experience was 5 star.

We try to protect our customers with this challenging method to ensure the credit card is in your possession, much like a walk in store would ask to see your card or a form of identification.
