The person I work with most frequently is Carlos. He is an amazing designer, communicator, and service provider. He is prompt to let me know when he has questions, is great at identifying potential things I missed in my requests, and has suggestions for us to consider. I have enjoyed working with him, am extremely pleased with his work, and delighted with his customer service!
Response from Design Pickle· Apr 15, 2024
Thank you, Shelley! We'll let Carlos know what a positive impact he's had on your team. We sincerely appreciate your feedback!

Presentations were basic templates and lacked any real design work. The admin panel on this application ( the one you interact with the entire time ) looks and functions like internet circa 2007. Simply inputting text or design feedback feels archaic. Turn around time was guaranteed for 24 hours but your project would be split into parts, I’d get the first few slides then wait another day.it was not a 24 hour turn around time, I’d submit presentations and this service always delayed me. Overall design pickle didn’t save me any time and all the work was mediocre.

Hi Robert, thank you for the feedback, we do appreciate the insight. We're always looking for opportunities to improve and evolve, so please don't hesitate to connect with us via [email protected]. Please note, while we can turn around may designs in 24 hours, big slide decks, especially those that contain nuanced or complex graphic components may take longer depending on the project. We'd be happy to help give you more specific estimates by project as well! For a full list of average/expected turnaround times (which are still 50% faster than the market average) please visit our knowledge base!
