Thank you for shopping with us Lene! We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with our services. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you by the misunderstanding of our policy. Our restocking policy is clearly listed on our website: https://designeroptics.com/pages/returns. We listened to the conversation you had with our agent, unfortunately you did not mention that you will be ordering more frames. As a courtesy we did reduce the fee to 10%. We appreciate your understanding in this regard. Be assured that you have our attention, and we strive to provide you best customer services. Have a great day ahead.
