They were great letting me know the item ordered was out of stock in their warehouse, but that they claimed the last one at the manufacturer. The towel ring arrived about 1 week from the original order date. Couldn't be happier with the communication, the effort they made to complere the order, and the price. Recommend them highly and will be back for any future needs.

I ordered two items and you sent me one of the wrong item. I tried to email the email address on the invoice and it rejected. I tried calling the 1-800 number and it is out of service. I left a message on direct phone number I found on the internet and no one returned my call. I would not order anything from them again

Products are what is expected. I have it a three star because I made a mistake on my shipping address. I emailed customer services but no response. Luckily, I am able to write to my neighbor to retrieve my item.
